A respected and growing consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane team.

The Role

Working closely with the Brisbane Director, you will deliver Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

You Will Be Involved In

• Client advisory and stakeholder management
• Site visits and client meetings
• Cost planning and cost analysis
• Procurement and tender documentation
• Bills of quantities and budget preparation
• Financial reviews and lifecycle costing
• Cash flow forecasting
• Assisting with business development where appropriate

About You

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, aviation, retail or similiar
• CostX experience
• Strong communication and commercial acumen
• Keen to take ownership and progress your career
