A well-established and growing design practice is looking for an Interior Designer to join its team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being properly involved in projects, not sat in the background producing work in isolation. - Assisting with promotional and visual material including renderings, Photoshop imagery and sample boards
- Attending project meetings and managing written project communication
- Coordinating sub-consultants throughout project delivery
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting project administration
- Contributing to internal committees and initiatives that support team development and culture
About You
To be considered, you will ideally bring:
- An Advanced Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
- At least 3 years post-graduate experience
- Previous experience within an architectural or design practice preferred
- Strong design capability with confidence working across multiple project stages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management ability
- Confidence using technology to manage workload and project priorities
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
Why This Role
This is the sort of role suited to someone who enjoys variety, likes being busy, and wants to work within a professional environment where standards are high but the culture remains grounded and supportive.
You will be joining a team that values trust, collaboration, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
If you are an Interior Designer looking for a role where you can contribute meaningfully, work closely with clients, and continue developing within a respected design team, I would be keen to speak with you.
